Pop Punk/Rock Multitracks

Guys ive been looking for a while. Im pretty sure they dont exist for the public but does anyone know of were i can get a version of sum 41 multitracks.

Ive got Fat Lip from GH2, but thats it. They never do any more for games.

If you know any Pop Punk/Rock multitracks like Blink 182 and All American Rejects, can you please give me a link were i can find them.

Torrent websites like "thepiratebay.org" have some as well.

search ".mogg" at filestube.com and youll get some results as well.

and http://www.geetarfreaks.webs.com/ has some as well.
